Synergy in Leadership and Education
We present awards to honor schools that cultivate the next generation of leaders by creating an educational environment that delivers powerful and positive outcomes through the synergy of leadership development, humanity, diversity, global perspectives, and innovative initiatives.
CRITERIA
Key Criteria for Evaluation
GSE features schools that do not teach “what is right,” but rather educate children to build their own identity and to keep thinking about better choices in cooperation with others.
Our focus is not on which nationality, religion, or school is better. We look for schools that help students develop the character needed to be global citizens, adapt to AI and other technologies, and learn about finance, their physical and mental health, and their relationship with the environment they live in.
We value leadership that can act while considering one’s own choices and those of the people around them at the same time.
